Sofia Grafanaki, Investment Manager

Sofia holds an MBA degree from the Columbia Business School (2010) and is a licensed attorney in New York, London and Athens. Sofia is also a partner, Corporate Attorney and Director of Business Development at the firm Corina Fassouli Grafanaki & Associates in Athens, Greece, offering services ranging from identifying new business, planning client relationships, and coordinating financial transactions. Previously, she worked at the corporate department of Hughes, Hubbard & Reed LLP in New York, dealing with a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other financing transactions. Sofia graduated from Oxford University (U.K.) in 2004 with a BA degree in Jurisprudence and also holds an LL.M. degree in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law (2006).

Walker Lewis, Chief Marketing Officer

Walker is the founder of Dub Marketing, and specializes in Branding, Marketing, Online Advertising, Social Media, PPC Management, Facebook and Google Advertising platforms. Checkout Walker’s blog. He holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School focusing on strategy, branding, and marketing. Prior to Columbia, he worked as a Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates in Menlo Park, California, advising endowment, foundation, and private clients on ways to reach their diverse investment objectives and as a marketing and consumer research Consultant for McCaffery & Company in San Francisco. He received his BA in Philosophy at St. Mary’s College of California and MA in Humanities at the University of Chicago.

Michael Ciolli, Financial Advisor

Michael is the principal and founding member of Piton Advisors, and has 16 years of investment research, investment banking, and entrepreneurial venture experience. Through Piton, Michael is currently serving as the interim CFO of eCareDiary, and has previously held interim and executive positions with Natural Systems Utilities, and Innovation Fuels. Prior to Innovation, Michael was a Senior Associate with The Chesapeake Group, a buy-side M&A advisory firm specializing in the IT and business services industries.  He advised corporate and financial sponsor partners on more than 15 strategic projects, including five closed transactions worth more than $100 million.  Prior to CGI, Michael was an Equity Research Analyst with Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette covering the IT and business services industries.  He has written more than 100 investment recommendations and collaborated on over $1 billion in capital raises. Michael received his MBA in finance and management from Columbia Business School and BA in economics and physics from Colgate University.

Elli Kastrinaki, Office Manager and Consultant

Elli holds an MS in Operations Research from Columbia University having focused on Pricing and Revenue Optimization, Corporate Finance, Project Management and Linear Optimization. She also holds a BA in Applied Mathematics and Physical Sciences from the National Technical University of Athens. Her work experience covers a broad spectrum, where she has previously applied her engineering and modeling skills in equity research, sales forecasting, derivatives as well as marketing positions.

Dimitris Vranopoulos, Consultant

Dimitris is currently an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London, responsible for Fixed Income coverage to Greece. Formerly, he was in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Citigroup Global Markets for 3 years. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
